At KiKi D’s Dress Boutique, we go out of our way to make sure our clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Not only will your stylist work closely with you to ensure you are comfortable with the price range of gowns selected, but also that you leave feeling your most beautiful!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items purchased at KiKi D’s Dress Boutique, in-store or online, are final sale.
Q: Do I need to have an appointment to try on dresses?
A: We always encourage all Prom, Mother, Evening, and Special Occasion shoppers to book an appointment with us. Appointments receive priority and are recommended! Appointments are not required for our daywear, accessories, and KiKi’s selection departments.
Q: Is there a charge to book an appointment?
A: There is no charge for booking an appointment with us, but we do require a credit card to hold your appointment. You will be contacted after scheduling an appointment on our website for this information. Please know if you do not show or give us at least 24 hours notice your credit card will be billed $50.
Q: What if you don’t have the size or color dress I want in-stock at the store?
A: Not to worry – we are happy to order the size or color you want and call you once it’s in!
Q: Is everything I see online all that you offer in-store?
A: Gowns and dresses shown online may not be in-stock in our boutique. The images shown are for reference only and do not necessarily reflect what is available in-store. Please note that KiKi D’s sells its dresses off-the-rack and online so our inventory is never 100% accurate. If you are coming in for a specific dress we recommend you call us prior to booking your appointment. (908) 308-5910
Q: What happens if you need to special order my dress for me?
A: We will require a 50% down payment upfront with the remaining amount due once the dress is delivered and picked up.
Q: Are all your dresses in-stock in the store Samples?
A: Not at all! We sell ALL our dresses off-the-rack! At KiKi D’s you can try on a dress in your size and walk out with the dress that day. If necessary we can special order any dress for you as well, and we can measure you to confirm you are purchasing the correct size.
Q: What credit cards do you take?
A: We accept most major credit cards, (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) as well as cash or personal checks.
Please note there will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card charges.
Q: Do you offer alterations in-house?
A: At this time, we do not. However, we have a great list of local recommendations we are happy to share with you!
Q: What sizes do you carry in your boutique?
A: We offer sizes 00 – 20!
Please know additional sizes can be ordered.
Q: Should I wear specific undergarments to try on dresses?
A: We recommend bringing ordinary undergarments and a strapless bra, which will allow you to better view the intended neckline of a gown.
Q: When do I need to bring a parent/guardian with me?
A: Anyone under the age of 18, or shopping for prom, MUST have a parent/guardian, that is OVER the age of 21, with them to try-on and purchase a dress.
Q: Do I have to wear a mask inside of KiKi D’s?
A: No, face masks are optional for all of our guests and employees.
